Always getting other peoples mail. Had a package scanned and showed it was delivered Saturday. Didn't get it until Tuesday. Explain that one to me please.

Don't know how to read addresses. I'm constantly getting mail for other people, and having people bring mail of ours that they received. This is the third time I have not received a package, the other times I was able to retrieve it from neighbors, this time it's just gone. Was it stolen? Who knows, I already know I can't depend on my post office to deliver things to the correct address.
