Working with Andy at Wilson Lighting has been a great process. This can be an overwhelming process but Andy has great insights and experience. Wilson has so much to choose from and with their private lines they are super competitive.

We're always happy when WIlson lighting is the lighting designer on the project. We provide lighting control systems and we can always rely on Wilson to specifiy the right products and provide a detailed design. Carson is our primary contact but we've worked with most of the staff over the years and they've all been great. We even purchased all the lighting and furniture for our showroom from them. I Highly recomend Wilson Lighting especially if you're building a new home.

Susie at Wilson Lighting is friendly, patient, and professional. The ordering process is quick, and I receive a spec sheet with info & photo of items along with an invoice. The Showroom is easy to navigate and All the items for Sale are GREAT!!

We have built 3 houses and my experience at Wilson Lighting with Carson was over the top. He was there to help with the layout of all the cans, followed up, and was a wonderful support throughout the project-even came to our house several when we had questions. I would highly recommend Wilson Lighting!!

AVOID THE RED-HEADED GLASSES-WEARING SALES LADY. I had good feeling about Wilson until a few months ago. Unfortunately, the red-haired woman with the glasses was really inept at her job and deceptively gas lights customers. She made my mother and I feel silly and stupid until we walked out of the store and realized what actually happened.During check out, I had walked away to sit down. My mother had ordered 1 light fixture, but she charged her for 2 and claimed I had said so. Then when I walked up and she said that my mother had told her two. That left my mother and I both frustrated at each other when really it was the red-headed woman's fault! Furthermore, when trying to redeem our $100 gift card, she only took off $99.99 and claimed it was "taxes" when it was just her mistake. We let it go since it seemed silly to demand an adjustment over one cent, but then it took her FOREVER to check out. She even had to call a much younger brunette co-worker to show her the ropes.Just about every experience I had at Wilson has been great except this one time. If it was just one mistake from the lady I would of let it go; but it was mistake after mistake after gas light and more gas light, to both myself AND my MOTHER. Super disappointing.

AMAZING! I have been searching for pendant lights for a while and have not been able to find any that I like. Interior design is not my expertise in the slightest. I went into Wilson Lighting and had the privilege of working with Susie. She was incredibly knowledgeable and honest on what would/would not work in my space, while still respecting my particular style and opinion. Susie made the whole process a smooth one, so I am very thankful to her and the entire staff. I am excited to see the “Max 12408CLBKSBR” pendant lights in my space.

Came out dressed up and sold us exterior led lighting in 3 days. Return of unused product took 3 months and 30% restocking fees.

We wanted to work with a local business instead of buying online. Unfortunately our experience ended up being fairly bad. We were told that certain services were going to be included in our delivery and install then last minute they said they could no longer provide delivery and install services per our agreement.We politely called back to address this with a member of management who was unfortunately unprofessional and offered no options while telling us that "you got a great deal".We really wanted to support a local business, we will be shopping with the online companies from here out, our experience with customer service has been much better there.Be cautious when purchasing from this business, we were told what we needed to hear in order to get the sale done then the story changed and we found out we needed to pay more.
