Absolute worst managed post office in St. Louis city and county!
Inconsiderate USPS employees park vehicles in prime customer parking, filthy inside and very slow at everything.

The Post Office was closed at 530. The postal worker was inconsiderate and selfish. I had to go through traffic to get here. Please update your summer hours.

Stopping by the post office in Clayton wasn't busy during my visit around noon on a Thursday. It’s a quick spot to get stamps, and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the automatic door in the front wasn’t labeled.

Slowest USPS location I have ever been to. I sell a lot of things online and this location by far is always the worst. You have people walking around doing nothing while one employee is working the counter as the line is backed up with 10-20 people….
Usps vans are always parked in the “customer parking only” spots…
Management here must be terrible. Let’s be better.
5/24 - no one to be found anywhere… been standing here, waiting….

Is this the worst Post Office in the USA? 10 days my package sat in la la land. Shameful and unacceptable! NO help! Never again!

There is a scam where someone will text you about a tracked package you send from here saying it didn't go through. I think this scam is occurring nationally, but it would be helpful if the employees could verify with everyone who sends a package that the USPS does not send texts to head off stolen credit card numbers and the success of this scam.

Please avoid this office at all costs. An expensive package was accepted and never scanned again. They haven’t confirmed the package lost but it’s been over a month now. With little support from this office.

About five or six times since the beginning of this year, I have mailed several packages at once at the Clayton post office. On one of those occasions, they screwed up the tracking by marking all of the packages as “delivered“ to Clayton at the time that I mailed them. Then a couple of weeks ago, they just lost a whole batch of packages; the tracking for all of those packages only indicates that I mailed them, and the packages have not arrived. I don’t know what’s going on at this post office, but they have become dangerously unreliable, and I and I can’t consider this a safe place to mail anything that I want to reach its destination.

Website info says they’re open until 3 pm on Saturday, 3/16/24. I arrived at 2:37 pm and the doors are locked, staff is walking to their cars, telling several bewildered customers in the parking lot that they’re closed.

Staff and Management are Nasty and Very Unprofessional. As a Long Time Customer, I Think Transfers For The Whole Bunch Would Be In Order. I Would Like Seeing A Whole New Crew,But I Am Just A Disgusted Long Time Customer Of The USPS. I Try To Be A Good Patron But That Crew Is A Zero Out Of, 0 - 10. Thank you very much

Send don’t the hill in one month. They are very slow, the priority packages are sitting at office for days. Will use UPS instead
