“It seems that having a remarkable , positive , or even pleasant experience in a store these days is becoming near obsolete. Well , I have had 2 in a row at this CVS !!! The first night I was having trouble locating the correct diabetic product for a friend and Kristen ( I hope I’m remembering the name correctly !! ) not only helped me locate the correct product , she then walked me through and educated me about the product and what I needed to expect and look for to ensure it was working correctly. I look after a friend sometimes who is diabetic and often requires additional assistance. She was friendly , knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond in educating me enough that I felt so much more confident with helping my friend because now I would know what to look for and what to do if it wasn’t working well. This can sometimes lead to a very serious situation and now I feel confident I can handle it well and keep my friend safe and alive in a worst case scenario !

Then the following night I had to go back for some different products , one being some after sun moisturizer for a sunburn , Neisha was equally as helpful in helping me look for multiple products and even took 3 trips to the back to double check and see if she could locate some more that were not on the shelf. Jalen, a second employee who was restocking nearby,, kept the conversation going when Neesha was in the back. He was extremely friendly and I could tell by his restocking speed , a hard working employee. So now I had been well taken care of by 3 separate employees in the same store ! As I stated earlier , running into one helpful and positive employee is a rarity nowadays, running into 3 at the same store is simply remarkable ! Keep up the great work guys and thanks you so much for making my experience in your store remarkable !!!”

“I don't normally review drug stores but i didnt agree with the lower scores. I have been coming here since i was a little kid buying candy to sneak into the movies. They are very busy but they do a great job. Use the pharmacy. Zero complaints. Excellent team”
