My pedicure is really great. I love that they use fresh tools. However my full set nails are the worst I’ve ever gotten. The tech pressured me out of the shape I wanted and kept trying to pressure me into getting gel. Which I did not want. I ended up getting the shape that she kept telling me to get. None of them are even or even the shape she said. They are not smooth. The tech left so much debris on the under side of my nails and didn’t even paint the entire nail. I don’t get my nails done very often, so this was a treat. And I was having them done for a special occasion. Honestly I just left defeated, frustrated and feeling disrespected. I just wanted cute nails. I would recommend. But not the tech I had.

I love this place so much. I’ve been coming for over a year and it never disappoints. They are very accommodating and fast! Every time I get wine that relaxes me and great service.
Stylist: Alyssa did my nails and was AMAZING! She sat next to Mercedes and she was dope! I definitely recommend them.

Made an appointment for Sunday for two pedicures, one for myself and for my boyfriend. Don't bother making an appointment. It doesn't matter anyway.... You're still going to have to wait because the place is super crowded on the weekends with walk-ins. Don't bother telling the receptionist anything because it doesn't matter anyway. She wasn't listening and she wouldn't tell anybody what you had to say anyway. Otherwise, The pedicure itself was good. Nothing you can't get anywhere else. Nothing special. I didn't SEE them sanitizing any tools between uses, (very turned off by this) or individually wrapped tools.... Just grabbing a box of already used tools and speeding off to the next customer.... But idk what they do.

Had Fill and full pedicure by Tina, who was wonderful! She was gentle and paid special attention to details on both my feet and my hands/nails. I was pleasantly pleased, was my first visit and I will drive the distance to get her for Tina.

This place is great! It's clean and anesthetically pleasing. I can do my own nails pretty well, so am fairly critical when I get them done in a salon. I usually go to Selena because does them perfectly every time, but I've never had a bad experience with anyone here. I've gotten dip, gel, and regular polish and it always looks so nice. Definitely the best nail salon I've found in STL!

I've always loved coming here to get my nails done- high quality, long-lasting, great service. Parking is convenient. Depending on the nail tech, they will offer drinks while you get your nails done. Unfortunately I did have one pretty bad experience here lately which has made me hesitate to go back. I had a pedicure with gel nail polish and within a couple days, 2 of my nails had completely lost the polish! I attempted to call the business twice during business hours and never got a response. Even left a voicemail with my callback number and never heard back from them. I also had a good experience with one of the nail techs that was ruined by another tech nearby. She was talking to another client and saying pretty controversial and hurtful things about trans folx. Definitely turned me off from this business.

Let me start off by saying I was lucky to get an appointment at a nail salon the Saturday before Mother's Day. This is going to be a lengthy post!
When I arrived the place was packed with clientele either waiting to get their nails done, or getting them done. I called and made my appointment yesterday, and got there 15 minutes early. I was seen right away. I asked the manager if he could he give me someone that would be gentle, since my feet and my hands are extremely sensitive. The lady he gave me was very gentle, I'll give her that. I went in to get dip nails and a pedicure, I also needed two nail tips added, since two of my natural nails and broken off. Let me first say my nail tech seemed to be in a hurry, even though she was really nice, the attention to detail on my pedicure was not what I expected from such a higher end nail salon. My mother always told me you get what you pay for, so I had high expectations based on the reviews that I previously read on Google. I also expected to pay a little more considering I was going to Clayton and not my local South City nail salon. Add to the fact that I ubered there and ubered home, because public transportation runs very slow on Saturdays, I came out of quite a bit of money to have this experience
My nail tech did a lot of scraping on top of my nails instead of going down in the crevice of the side of the toe nails and cleaning it thoroughly, some of my toes just got a scrape on the top and on to the next, with the pinch tool they use for both pedicures and manicures. She opened a fresh tool bag for my toes, but not for my fingernails. I asked for a proper manicure before getting my polish, because my cuticles were dry I needed to be removed. There was not the lengthy soaking of my feet that was promised on the menu for the pedicures, I just put that down to them being so busy she had to get to her next client as soon as possible. She actually had a hard time clipping my toenails because my feet had not been soaked long enough for the nails to soften. My toenails were not that long either. So again my issue here is attention to detail. My regular nail tech takes the time to do each and every toenail thoroughly, making sure that she has completely cleaned each one. She did the paraffin wax on my feet after she'd already applied the nail polish so the polish isn't as shiny as it would have been had she done the paraffin wax first. She tried to get me to choose a different kind of polish color other than the one I want requested by saying well what about this one, or this one looks good but I stuck to my guns. Overall my toes are okay, I've gotten better elsewhere for less. Now let's talk about my fingernails. When looking at my hands some of my nails are longer than the others they are not evenly cut, again attention to detail is not properly given when shaping my nails or making sure that they were all the same size on both hands. The dip powder seems to be on there thicker than what I usually receive, It is not as smooth as it normally looks, again my expectations were higher because of where I went. Overall including Uber fare there in home, I spent a little over $200.00. did I get the experience I was expecting?not really. For what I paid and what I got, I spent $100 too much. Would I try them again? ? Not sure, the salon itself was not unpleasant, it was very clean very stylish, lots of polish options comfortable chairs, hooks on the tables to hang your purse on while you get your nails done, bathroom was spotless, smelt fresh, the management staff were very nice, spoke excellent English, which is a plus when you're trying to communicate what you'd like to have done. I didn't have too much problems understanding my nail technician. Overall I would say it was not an unpleasant experience, I just had higher expectations. In conclusion, if I were to go back, it would not be on a holiday weekend, probably in the week, when it is not hectic

I would only go here in a total pinch. I felt super rushed from minute I was there until I left. A woman who was waiting for her nails to dry mentioned the same so I felt this was the vibe. My nail person suggested eyebrow wax so I said ok and two nails were chipped because she didn't wait for them to dry before taking me to wax room. I thought the waxing was fine, except the next day I woke up to a total breakout all around and between my eyebrows, I have never had this happened before! And my cuticle was cut and bleeding, something that has only ever happened one other time. Very sloppy and rushed work.
