These people are terrible. If call them plan on spending atleast 20-30 minutes on the phone o hold. If you call for supplies they won't give you a time when they will be there. Maybe an hour maybe a day or two. They just tell you they will call you when the are on the way. Horrible way to run a business.

This was our first time utilizing your service and it was very disappointing! Your support is was very poor communicators , no documentation was regarding your policy for usage or billing. In the past we have used Medline who were very helpful and professional. Some times companies are too big to provide services to the patient in my opinion!!!

I was directed by the hospital to shop for needed equipment at Medical West. The they didn't like my tone on the phone and they hung up on me. The first enquiry was in person was just fine and helpful but follow phone call not good.

Very unprofessional phone personal, high pressure sales people harass you constantly to get you to buy products when you don't need them. Has to tell them if they called me again I would take them to court for harassment.

I was having a hard time when I went into Medical West Healthcare Center on Brentwood. I spoke on the phone several times with Mark Rice who was very helpful and held for pickup some things I needed. Jay Burstein was terrific when I went in. Cannot say enough about Jay who spent a good amount of time with me and ordered more supplies my husband needed. He also explained so much. I walked out feeling much more at ease. I know I am in good, capable hands with Jay and Mark. Thank you so much, guys!!

I so appreciate the employee’s kindness and patience. They are knowledgable and interested in determining what is right for their clients. I worked most closely with Alvin and Emily - both calm, friendly and very helpful.

Jay was very helpful in explaining the medical products I needed for my issue. He gave me several options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. He made an uncomfortable situation better by injecting humor into our discussion. I appreciate Jay's patience in explaining the products and answering the many questions my wife and I had. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Needed a shower chair for my Mom. Called and was given perfect directions on how to see their variety. I called to order and the one I wanted, was out of stock. They ordered it for me and it came in within a couple of days. They called me when it arrived and I had a very easy time finding their location to pick it up. Upon arrival, the chair was even put together for me. Great people, great service. Highly recommended. Special shout out to Marty and Emily for helping me through the process. Thank you!!!

This place does not care about people. I have been waiting on ostomy bags for weeks now. Call them multiple times. I wish we had more companies in St. Louis that sell ostomy bags.
