Fuel has made such a positive impact for me over the past year— not only the physical changes which are noticeable, but mentally as well. I’m getting stronger, and feel confident that the Fuel team knows what they’re doing. Gretchen and Jeff create great custom programs and my trainer Natalie is knowledgeable and guides me through every workout. Highly recommend!

It’s been my pleasure to step into FUEL, from day one; the atmosphere is primed for a good workout! Then, I met Jeff and he assessed my needs, and devised my workout program. He paired me with Will, who is absolutely professional, patient and kind! On my second visit, I met the other trainers, and they were very welcoming; which encouraged me to see this through—to get fit again, and beyond! All good vibes here!

I came to FUEL in search of a strength training coach that could work around injuries. I started my journey with Jeff and the team about a year ago when a knee injury left me unsure of how to proceed in the gym. I met with Jeff and we talked through my history of injuries and current limitations. I have never had such a thorough initial consultation with any previous trainer. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and always able to put together a plan that is challenging but takes into consideration prior injuries. I would highly recommend FUEL to anyone looking to improve their overall health.

I started working out at fuel 6 months ago. My starting point was having never seriously done any weight lifting. They’ve personalized a safe and effective regimen customized for me. Jeff, Gretchen, Will, Dennis and the rest of the team keep me accountable and are wonderful people. I can’t wait for the next months and years at this gym! Highly recommend this team for anyone hoping to improve their health, strength and longevity.

Jeff, Gretchen and Marty (and Lucy!) are amazing! They truly have your best interest at heart. All my workouts are designed specifically for me and it is evident that the workouts are working. As a life long exerciser, I never felt the need to work with a trainer, but FUEL is a game changer. Their approach is holistic, they are super supportive and their knowledge on all things health go way beyond workouts - they are personal trainers on every level. THANK YOU, FUEL!

If you are looking for a knowledgeable and committed partner in your health and fitness journey, there is no place better than Fuel. I had been lifting weights and exercising consistently for 20+ years when I met Jeff and my trainer, Perry. At the time, I had suffered an elbow injury that had kept me out of the gym for over 8 months. I had gained weight, lost motivation, and was looking to get back into shape. But, I was nervous about re-injuring my elbow.Jeff took the time to sit down and talk with me about my concerns and goals, and analyzed my overall fitness to identify the functional weaknesses and limitations that I needed to address to avoid further injury. He then developed a highly personalized program that made sure not to put undue stress on my injured elbow while at the same time building up the rest of my body to ensure that the same injury doesn’t happen again.He also set me up with an anti-inflammation diet, and I lost 30 pounds in 10 weeks. At 37 years old, I can honestly say that I’m in the best shape of my life. I thought I knew a lot about weight lifting and nutrition, but Jeff and Perry have taught me more than I ever thought was possible.Whether you are just starting out or are far along in your fitness journey, Fuel is the place to be.

I have been working out at Fuel with Perry since December 2017. I had been working out on my own at a chain gym for several years, but had reached a plateau and needed a trainer to push me to another level. I have found that at Fuel and have enjoyed getting to know the trainers and many other clients since joining.

FUEL sets the bar HIGH! The facility is as top tier as their trainers. The trainers are as welcoming as the environment. The sessions are personalized and intimate. Fellow clients are friends.
