The manager, Craig, never smiled, showed no appreciation for his work, and spoke to me in an unpleasant manner. I don't like the way he treats customers; every time I visit, he has an absurd and unprofessional attitude. You have individual working for your company, and they are frustrated because they too busy lecturing me how to spend my money.
