Ceylon's an incredibly well-run apartment building located in a very safe and centrally-located part of town -- Downtown Clayton. All of my expectations were met, or exceeded; Ashley responded to all of my inquiries promptly and made the move as easy as could be!

The team here is exceptionally speedy at fixing issues as they arise. Beautiful amenities. It is nice to be around people that genuinely care about the establishment. Ashley at the front desk is especially professional and amazing to work with! Just resigned for another year.

Ashley and the Ceylon staff are the best she is always so helpful! I love the environment, atmosphere and the parking it’s so convenient! Ceylon is the best apartment in St. Louis! I have such a very large apartment and the rent is so reasonable.

The maintenance people in Ceylon are amazing. Sir Danny and sir howard have always helped me fix stuff in my apartment. Can't thank them enough! They're the best!

I am a current resident and have lived at Ceylon for about 11 months. The staff is 5 STAR from the leasing office, especially Ashley Madison, to the maintenance staff. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly. I have 2 large dogs and it’s great to have a covered relief area rain, snow or shine. Residents are friendly. Location is the best! Noise from construction across the street was something I was aware of when I moved in. Will be nice to have the building finished (2024) and see what restaurant and retail surprises await. Fitness areas are great and the club room with terrace (new furniture) is an added bonus. Garage reserved parking is wonderful. Agreed on whoever said the AC sounds like a 747 engine (it is loud) but hey it cools fast so that’s important… Overall great community and building which is why I extended my lease. Home sweet home for another year.
