This was my first time ever visiting this bank as I am a credit union member. As I got to the door the layout of the facility was completely confusing as I couldn't figure out where the tellers were because when I walked in it look like it was all cubicles turns out the tellers are all the way in the back of your kind of have to walk around the cubicles... however once I did make it to the teller the gentleman was extremely professional are friendly and even was kind enough to answer one of my questions regarding how they handle transactions which was very nice.

Terrific bank! Excellent customer service offered by all the employees here in Clayton. They do a great job of helping me every time I'm in.

Card machine is always broken. I've wasted a few trips over the last year and every time I go in they say they can't print new cards. Don't waste your time with this branch.

Busey bank just took over my bank- pulaski bank and their computers are never up and running, I can't check my balance or even find the new phone number for the bank I use. They haven't even updated the online information. I love Pulaski bank but these people seem like the three stooges of banking.
