Placed an online order and they let me know immediately that something was out of stock and got a replacement item swapped in easily. Came fast and packaged very nicely. Great experience.

Had a lovely visit to the shop this morning leaving with 3 pairs of trainers, trousers, bracelet and a necklace. With the help of Susan and her colleague who showed me all the lovely items on sale today I managed to get everything at a reduced price. Thanks for the help ladies
