My son was interested in a Jeep here and called to verify it was available to come look at that evening as we live an hour and a half away. Kyler, the salesman, said yes and made plans to come look at it. Once we arrived there he could not find it and eventually realized it was sitting outside the shop with a flat tire and we could not test drive it and would have to drive back the next day. 3 hours of driving because the salesman was clueless. Came back the next day, test drove it, and decided to but it. We brought up cracks in the windshield and Kyler assured us they would take care of them and would not sell it like that. Next day after my son got the loan from the credit union and he contacted the salesmen to let him know he had the money and would like to come out that night and get it if the windshield was fixed. Kyler informed him that since it was just a "scuff" they would not fix the windshield. Since we already had the money in hand we went out there and showed the two big cracks and he assured us the manager would come talk to us once he got off a conference call and work something out. So we started paperwork in the meantime. Afterwards we asked about the manager and was told he was not there, which was weird because he was just on a conference call supposedly. Bought the Jeep and figured lesson learned with that dealership. 3 days later check engine light came on so we messaged Kyler who said he would check on it and get back to us. 4 days later after not hearing back we messaged him again and was told to call the shop because he does know anything about cars. No attempt to resolve the issue and I am pretty sure the code was cleared out before we got there. Would not recommend doing business here. Salesmen was very smug, arrogant liar.

1 star only because 0 is not an option. I was working with a salesman for 2 weeks trying to set up a deal before making the 3 hour drive to trade in my truck and purchase a new one from Woody's. I made it clear that I did not want to waste an entire day driving and not have something in place before scheduling an appointment. I was more than willing to put a deposit down to hold the truck until I could get there, but they insisted on me coming in, so against my better judgement I made an appointment, planned an entire day around it. 1.5 hours into my 3 hour drive, I get a text saying that they sold the truck. This is after getting a text from 3 different people at the dealership the day before wanting to confirm my appointment. So after wasting an entire day and a tank of gas, all I got was an "Oops sorry". Stay away from this dealer! They are dishonest and their word means absolutely nothing!

drove 3 1/2 hours through a blizzard because they said they could get a deal done. I insisted on prices before we got to this point and got told we could work something out. Turns out they even lied about the truck having the e-torque equipped. Absolutely positively the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I insisted on pictures of damages but he said they would need to see it. definitely not the case with something as simple as a car door. All you need to do is look up a replacement cost. There was damage to my trade in that I was completely transparent about and I asked a fair low end price. I get here and they're saying it's gonna cost over double what my other quotes were to fix it and absolutely low balled me on the trade in. risked my life to come here just for them to be shady and snakes. worst dealership ever. Best part of the experience was sitting and waiting hours for all of this to transpire.

I purchased a Ram 1500 in June 23 at a reasonable price. Had it in for a radio recall that could cause a backup camera failure. Woodys put me first in line to fix it. In and out within an hour. I appreciate the way one is treated in the service department. They are 5 star for me.

We live within 20 miles of 4 Chrysler dealerships, but we traveled 80 miles to Woody's dealership to have our 2014 Town and Country van rear sliding door lock replaced. They answered all our questions with straight forward explanation of the problem and repairs. They quoted the cost repair pending verification from their technician. Brandon was right on . The other local dealership around the Kansas City area was giving us the run around on repair cost. The 80 mile trip was well worth the experience just to meet and talk to both Brandan and Brooks. They should be the poster men for all Chrysler dealership service department . We would highly recommend Woody's service department to anyone needing repairs or maintenance, even if it involves driving a few more miles.Thanks, Ken and Sue from Smithville Missouri

I went in for a trade off on my vehicle and got a much better deal and Kelley blue book said it was worth. My salesman, Anthony Esposito worked hard to get me a better deal or and put me in something. I don’t think I could trade for. He listened well, was understanding and patient and had a way about him to make you feel like you knew him for a long time.

As always the service was good. I had taken a trip and the car was a quart low on oil before returning home. Brandon began an assessment of why it was a quart low and we plan to monitor the oil consumption. I thought it was unusual for anyone to care enough to come up with a plan to see if there was a problem that needs to be addressed with my car. This has not happened before. Also I had questions of maintenance needed and he patiently answered my questions. I really appreciate the service and want to continue to take my car to Woody's. I would recommend taking your car to Woody's to get serviced.Service: Oil change
