Been waiting on a package said it was supposed to be delivered Thursday the 19th and yet now it's stating that the last known thing about it was that it was inbound from customson the 16th. Normally I'm not like this but I'm tired of the USPS picking and chowing when they want to be good at their job.

Had a package that said it was delivered yesterday, but after searching high and low we still couldnt find it. I called the Post Office this morning and explained the situation, and she said she'd talk to the carrier to see what happened. 20 minutes later she called back to let me know they found it, and they delivered it right away. Great customer service!!

We repeatedly have problems collecting our packages from this location. Certain people do not even check to see if the package is there. Really needs to improve their customer service.

Inside the post office the people are really nice. I have had issues with the delivery postal workers not picking up our mail and being in a hurry and getting our mail mixed up with our next door neighbors. But we all make mistakes. So I still give them 5 stars.

Tracking said package was at the chillicothe location so I drive an hour there to pick it up only to be told it's at my towns location an hour away and it closed at 2:45 instead of 5 and is now closed! 2 hours of gas and I wont be able to pick it up for another day and today was the only day I had off to install the part 1 star just lousy service. I called ahead too, but the number doesnt take you to a real human being. Extremely dissatisfied.

They have lost my expensive package. Kathy who answers the phone is not any help at all and is rude. Very disappointed with Chillicothe post office.
