  I had trouble with a broken screen which led to other problems on my phone. Kylee was exceptional in fixing the problem. She spent well over an hour to help retrieve all of the information on my phone. She was very patient with me and worked diligently to solve all of the issues that arose. Thank you so much Kylee for your great service. It is so good to work with such a patient and knowledgeable person.
