My husband had his hair cut here once before as a walk-in & was pleased. He later made an appointment to come again. That was postponed by the shop, but he did receive notice by phone. A different stylist did his haircut at this rescheduled appt. It was one of the worst he has ever had! Extremely short & uneven all over his head. Needless to say, he left a cap on for our family pictures the next week. I hesitated to leave a less than positive review, but he thought honesty might be appreciated so improvements could be made. He does not intend to return & said maybe the bad cut was intentional so he wouldn't come back. I would hope any business had better ways providing service than that!
