Easy to find, fast and efficient. I arrived early, got put in a door and got loaded fairly fast. Inside bathroom and vending machines, friendly clerks. There’s also plenty of room for backing and several spots for staging. There’s a Casey’s with a Cat Scale just down the road.

These people are always really nice and great to deal with. They have limited parking for o/n parking. My appointment was at 0700 and I arrived the night before. I turned my bills in about 0630 and was given a door by 0815 and was unloaded (combos) by 0930.

Very friendly people working inside. Fastest shipper I've been to only took 10 minutes to load. Once i back in before i can put my chalk they are already loading my trailer...wow talk about fast.

You can arrive early, but the parking spaces are not too many. After unloading I was able to do my 10 hour break here. You have a bathroom although they close at night.A plus is that unloading was very, very fast.

I had a great experience. I was 3.5 hrs late for my pick up. Got a door right away, was loaded in 45 minutes. Lady in the office was friendly

Plenty of parking and room to back in. Did not have too many issues here had a bathroom available people jsut can not read the signs unloaded early here and spent break across from doors

Very bad company don’t come there to pickup load I check in 9 am now 4:30 pm still there maybe they take 2 days to load the 1 truck naver come again

Great experience here. I arrived a day before I did read the reviews and overnight parking is definitely available (across from the dock doors). I woke up the next morning checking in right before 8am (appointment was 10:20am). I was given a dock door right away with instructions. Unloaded in less than an hour. Bathrooms on site inside no portajohns??. Very friendly staff and a pleasure to work with. Good job you all looking forward to more experiences like this you all can train the other Amercold Storage. Also plenty of room for maneuvers.

I had a good experience. When u get the green light, go in. Don't wait for them to call or you might be there awhile. Got there an hour early. In the door 15 mins after appt time. Back on the road within 3 hours. Watch the drop off entering the driveway. Itll catch you if you're not careful.

I arrived at 3:10 p.m. Mt appointment was at 7:30 p.m. I was immediately given a door assignment, and to my surprise, I was loaded and leaving at 4:45 p.m.
