I ordered a breakfast pizza for delivery with extra cheese sauce and if what they put on my pizza was extra sauce I'd hate to see what regular was because there was little to no cheese sauce on my pizza also my bacon was burned.

I have been to this store the last 2 day and I will have to say that it is no where near the Casey's standard. The coffee bar looked like it had never been cleaned floors look nasty don't think a mop has ever touched them. Employees were just standing around talking to each other. Will never go back

Worse Casey's I've ever been in. No toliet paper in any stall of the women's bathroom..hubby said men's restroom smelled like a port-a-potty at one of those free recreational areas. Wasn't busy. Employee at counter too busy eating to acknowledge customers.

Main store is clean and well kept but bathroom was filthy. Very nice bathroom itself but very dirty. Trash all over floor (including dead bug). I understand it's a truck stop but it's also a new store. Should be kept clean.

Just one worker on first shift and if you stop here for fuel your waiting time is 30min and more. Ben R is good worker but just one on shift it’s sooo bad

I had not stopped at this new caseys. I will not again. Was a mess. Out of cups and a pit over by pop and tea. Straws n spills everywhere with napkins over them. I went up front and said something. Guy said just me and lady in food. Couldnt leave register. Was a busy friday nite. I hold manager responsible. New does not fix problems I guess. Stopped once before when was old one. Was a dump and dirty. Did not stop again. Guess that is that. One in brookfield very nice.

I feel sorry for the employees here, I regularly visit this Casey's (old highway in Chillicothe) almost everyday before and after work. With such a high volume store, they lack enough workers to provide a positive customer experience. The bathrooms are constantly filthy, there's product always sitting around that needs to be stocked, coolers empty ,one sometimes two cashiers (rarely) with a line of customers sometimes to the back of the store. If there's a long line I don't even bother going in. Let's find some new management and try find ways to keep employees from quitting.

6:30 am on a Wednesday. Zero hot breakfast food, not a single slice of pizza or breakfast sandwich ready. Men’s room filthy. Waste of a stop.

The staff was pleasant and was reasonably clean considering they put up with a lot of drivers who won’t clean up after themselves. You want 5 star facilities treat them with 5 star respect. We need more Casey’s!!!!

This could be a really nice Casey’s. But literally nobody takes out the trash or cleans the bathrooms. The men’s had a roll of toilet paper on the sink to dry your hands off with.. the trash is over flowing in every trash bin. Clerks are to busy on their phones to help you. I mean this is the saddest Casey’s I’ve ever been to

Place was clean but we ordered fried chicken sandwiches and man did we get surprised. Most disgusting ever. My friend bit into hers and pulled out some nasty nasty looking round whatever it was from the chicken. It was not paper of any kind had a texture between fat and tendon. Both sandwiches trashed after that.
