My experience with getting my hearing aids at Beltone in Chillicothe, Mo. have been very helpful. I am very impressed at how much better I can hear, it’s really interesting at how many things I didn’t realize that I couldn’t hear till they put them on for me. The first time I put my turn signals on in my car I wondered how long it had been since I hadn’t heard them. My kids were always saying, “Mom your phone is ringing in your pocket” but I couldn’t hear it. Even the sound of paper being moved around is a new noise for me, funny huh?

Really great. My first time at this office. Rain was coming and the doctor took me in between patients so I could get home before my 1:45 appointment. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name but because of his courteousness and helpful assistance, I'll be making this my regular location when needed, even though, it's quite a drive and only open one day per week.

Every time I use store 10506 In St Joseph, MO. The pharmacist is always late to work. They store hour state that they open at 9:00am. he is always 5 or 10 minutes late. The employees are waiting for him to get there. Today I asked him what day of the week would you be on time, so I can schedule my time to pick up my meds at 9:00. (On 7/21/2022 he was 20 minutes late getting in the store. So, 25 minute to get in and open all the gates. So, I can get my meds.) His response was "I was meeting with a contractor on building my fence." In my eyes his job should come first. To take care of your CVS costumers. But he is late EVERY TIME. Witch is a reason for me to move my prescription to a different pharmacy. I have 1 more prescription to pick up. If he is late again. That tells me that CVS corotate does not care about their costumers. And I well more ALL my prescription to my local Walgreens. Sincerely Don
