“I am on my way home to Illinois. I’m 363 miles from home and my ram 5500 has a front wheel bearing go bad. I’m 8 miles from the nearest part store so I call them and luckily they have one in stock. Not only did they have it in stock, they also delivered it to me on the side of road. They even asked if I had tools. I’m in a service truck so yes I’m well equipped. However my mechanic with me needed other tools that I didn’t have and the delivery driver drove him into town and got him what he needed and gave him a ride back out to the truck. A big shout out to Andy, Scott, and Jim at carquest/advanced auto for going above and beyond for someone stranded 363 miles from home. The customer service at this store is seriously phenomenal. I can’t thank these guys enough”
