I can not tell you how absolutely gorgeous the arrangement I ordered for a funeral was! I live in Colorado and had no idea which florist would be the best in St Louis. And, I wanted the best because it was for a very special person. When I called, they were so helpful and assured me they would make a beautiful arrangement and not to worry.
When I saw “ the old rugged cross” bouquet at the funeral home, I was in awe..it was gorgeous. Even better then the picture.
Thank you Zengel Flowers and Gifts. I will always go to you in the future! You made it the best experience ever, from the call to actually seeing the beautiful purchase! You deserve more then 5 stars!

I called early afternoon for same-day delivery, spoke with Meghan, who made it all happen and was extremely helpful in every single aspect! She transcribed my lengthy note, assured me of what flowers were available, sent me a photo, and confirmed delivery. I could not be happier! The recipient was also thrilled with her “gorgeous” arrangement! Now I know where to go for wonderful service.
