Consistent issues with this location: 1. Their pumps never dispense a receipt, and almost always require you to go inside just to ask for a receipt. 2. They always double-charge your credit card for gas, and you have to watch them like a hawk to make sure they correct it.Finally, their lot is a disaster and accident waiting to happen. Exits are blocked by cars in line, folks can't get around parked cars, and getting into their location is a dangerous proposition due too inattentive drivers and bottlenecks.Their website forms don't work, and fail to process. Overall, a very poorly-run organization.

The Maryland Heights location has caused damages to my vehicle on two different occasions. They were very unprofessional when in came to dealing with this matter while refusing to except responsibility for damagesService: Vacuuming

First off, I have never had a problem with the car wash in Creve Coeur MO and the workers have been careful and thorough. The lowered mark is because of a gas purchase made Nov. 21, 2022 at the same time I had a carwash. This is the first time this has happened to me, but a $200.00 hold was placed on my card for a $19.00 gas purchase. I believe this is most excessive, and if this is a continuing thing, at least alert the customers of that. After calling that particular Waterway and the card company, neither could give me a straight answer why it occurred, and basically blamed each other. I did find out from the card company that it may be up to 10 business days before the correct purchase price will show up in the Activity section. A nice Thanksgiving for somebody on my dime. I posted this on NextDoor as well, and evidently this is happening more frequently. Maybe this is a fact of life in risk-averse 2022, but at least warn your customers of it -- some may have low limit credit or debit cards that could really cause a domino effect. Just my opinion, for what it's worth.

Town and country location, lamp and lantern village. My second visit there in my Maserati Granturismo, and it was a very disappointing experience. They messed up both driver side wheels, looks like whoever pulled it in hit the Rail walls on the track of the carwash. I spoke to the GM there, and she said she would review cameras and tried to wax the damage away. She said she doesn’t think what happened was from the rail because it’s plastic and doesn’t reach that high. I told her the damage is in both wheels in the exact same spots all around the wheels on driver side meaning it did happen at the wash, and it makes sense because if it wasn’t plastic it would have ate through the metal but because it’s plastic it ate through the clear coat only. She still won’t admit, and I told her to pull the car in to see herself that the rail does go high up on the wheels because they’re performance wheels and tires, she wouldn’t do it. She filled out a form and wanted to discuss with upper management even though she said she was the general manager there. She told me they will follow up in a couple of days, these wheels are $3000 and they messed up two. These can’t be powder coated the same color as to factory, needs to be ordered from manufacturer. I’m very disappointed with how they handled the situation and will be canceling my membership. Th general manager called me and said let’s agree to disagree and that they won’t be fixing my wheels since it’s not a factory color but powder coated.

Attitude seems to be the company culture!!! From the receptionist answering the corporate phones, managing partners and a couple of management staff, one at Kirkwood location and South Kingshighway location. It’s a white dominated establishment and not diverse by a long shot. They don’t value good paying customers and employees at that extremely terrible Creve Coeur location are the worst bunch of young people by far. Again, you get what the top players put out. Do yourself a favor, save time and money go to Zipps. Trust you will be better off and served.

I have been a member of the clean car club for a while and never had any issues until Sept 18 when they damaged my car and is trying not to take responsibility. When clearly on camera you can see the young lady had a hard time pulling me on the tracks. If I could give them 0 stars I would! The management is horrible. I have reached out to corporate two weeks ago fo a investigation and to pay for damages and they still haven’t respond either

I am a member of the Waterway on Hwy K in O'Fallon. I always had a positive experience here until today. I knew when I got in line for the car wash after getting gas that it would be a long wait time. I don't mind waiting my turn. I had 2 vehicles of me. But before they could get through, 2 other vehicles got ahead through the Express lane. When my turn came, another vehicle came through the Express lane again. After I left my vehicle for the attendant to get in I went inside to wait. When I still didn't see my vehicle come through, I looked and a 5th vehicle was ahead of me. It was 25 minutes before my vehicle got washed and now waiting for the cleaning. I realize that the others have paid for the privilege to go ahead, but this was excessive. Everyone was nice, but the policy stinks sometimes. This has happened before but it didn't take almost an hour to get through!

My complaint is not with the quality of the service. I am giving a 3* because of the hassle to cancel.

I’ve been a member for some time and I just LOVE the Lamp & Lantern location! EVERYONE is super friendly AND my son worked at that store in high school/college. Those team members work HARD in ALL kinds of weather & they NEED to be tipped, as they rely on tips much like wait staff in restaurants! They are doing what YOU DON’T want to do...cut them a little slack!
