Went to shop here around 7:50 a.m. yesterday with 2 separate orders. As I was checking out at the self checkout the old lady there hovered like she was making sure I wouldn't steal. kept asking if I take the bus, none of her concern and no I don't. It felt a bit like racially profiling, out of all the customers you're gawking me down while I paid for BOTH of my orders.

This branch of walmart made us feel welcomed, watched over us. We made friends while stranded in their parking lot. We were far from home. Thanks to this walmart we had shelter during a tornado warning. Severe storms and we were able to keep supplied. Some key Employees were Shannon, Anna, Dave , Robert, Sammy. There were numerous other managers and Supervisors that understood our dire situation. I hope all people of your stores understand how far compassion goes. Thank you.

The older white lady who works as a greeter/receipt checker in the mornings is always incredibly rude. I always stop to let her check my receipt, but I didn't today just because she was having a conversation with someone else and she didn't say anything to me as I walked by. As soon as I got to the doors she yelled at me telling me to stop. I didn't complain about it or say anything, but she got an attitude and started lecturing me, saying "you know why I have to stop you, right?" Even after checking my receipt, she kept trying to argue with me about the situation.
If you're not a rich, old, white man, you'll probably be treated like a thief at this location.

I just spent $177.00 at the store, everything I bought was in a bag. But as I left a older white lady ask me( I am black) for my receipt but she didn't ask several others which was white for their receipts, at least five or more. When asked her why she didn't stopped them she became angry and walked away. It's time out people being stupid and racist. I tried to call the manager but no one answered. I plan to follow up. If a person of color of goes there beware. This is the store located in Chesterfield,Mo 63005

I like to check myself out. Had problems with the machine after every two items were scanned. The worker said that after everything was scanned, the machine just switched over to cash only. So then I had to go to another machine. I wasn't happen about the whole deal.
