I’ve only been here a few times so far but I’m very impressed with how friendly the staff and pharmacists are. I’ve never had to wait that long for things to be filled and they are very quick when I pickup my prescriptions as well.

If i could give a zero rating, I would. Not sure if any of the people running this pharmacy are qualified to even drive a car. Clerk processed my order, proceeded to ask me if I knew the price, I said no, and she continued on without giving me any inclination of the total. Finally rings me up with an astronomical amount and I tell her to take off THE THING I NEEDED MOST because it was priced at $150. Leave the store angry. Get to my car and realize that my doctor's office had sent me a text with a discount card to use at the pharmacy for HALF. I run back in and all three employees didn't know what the they were doing. Acted like they'd never seen a discount card before when one of the clerks said, "they'd try it". Referencing the discount code. I wanted a reimbursement for the meds I had purchased, but was met with pushback and was told "that med is ringing up more than what you originally paid, which didn't even make sense. All the while, the pharmacist decided to chime in asking me, "Where'd you get that"? Like, I was beating the system with a discount card that MY DOCTOR gave me. He acted like they didn't have to honor the discount card. Mind you, it would have been helpful if the clerk would have INITIALLY mentioned or asked if I had a discount card to use. Don't go here. These people have no idea what they're doing and don't care. Clearly. Shoutout to the pharmacist for being a jerk.

Customer service is poor at best. Associates barley smile and are snippy. Dropped off multiple prescriptions to be filled, opened the bag and there was only one prescription. Had to call back, waited on hold for over 10 mins to inform them they forgot most my meds. You would expect a profession as this to be more careful and observant when dealing with medications. No apologies offered.

Poor. Poor. Poor customer service!Just moved to the area & had my doctor call in RX, went to pick it up and the lady was so rude & wouldnt accept my coupon card the doctor had given me saying it had not been activated. I had just activated it over the phone but i told her ok....i will go online and see what it says and come back tomorrow. Online it said the discount coupon card was active and ready to use. So I called Wal Phar the next day, got the same lady and I asked for the RX number for medicine. She took my info and told me they had no RX in the system for me! I had just been there th day b4 and she had it in her hand! After "pulling teeth" I finally got the RX #, took it to Target Pharmacy and got th RX WITH the discount card - NO PROBLEM!

Every month there is always a drug that is out of stock. Why can’t they up their order so when people use the same medications month after month. It’s not like they are expensive new drugs. These are older generic meds that cost a few bucks. They need to have someone new take control of their back stock medications. Nothing has been the same since Ahmad has left as lead pharmacist. New girl they hired is down right rude and cuts you off. Big ATTITUDE ! she needs to go back to where ever she use to work!! Chesterfield is not use to that kind attitude. I need to change my pharmacy back to Walgreens.

I always get great service at my Walmart Pharmacy. I signed up for their texts so I know as soon as my prescription medicine is ready for pick up. I also gets texts when I am about to run out of a prescription medicine that I need to take continuously. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Like to wait a long time in line? This is the pharmacy for you. Like to call in a refill in the morning and have them say it will be ready in 30 minutes yet they haven't even started on it when you come in 5 hours later? This is the pharmacy for you. Do you like month after month to have to wait to get your medicine because they don't have enough stock? This is the pharmacy for you. Do you like when a pharmacy says your refill will be ready by x time and you go there at that time wait in a 15 minutes line then get told they are going to have it ready in 20 minutes because they obviously don't start anything until you come in to the store then 20 minutes later go back wait in that line again and have them tell you they are out stock on that medicine? Then this is the pharmacy for you. They generally have twice the amount of employees working as the Target pharmacy yet they take 4 times as long on everything with half the customer service. Just save yourself the headache and go to Target

I'm so sorry to have to do one star because I gave the store five stars in the past. The app does not synchronize with the stock and they have so many substitutions you have to be careful using the app and make sure you say no to the substitutions. But if you go in the store there on the shelf by the app tells you there are none. So there just in time system does not work.

Customer service desk is never open they never answer any of the phones. It's a joke whenever you own a business and you say you're going to be open these hours then you stay open for those hours it's the simple as that. It is it a great area however don't even waste your time just go to a different Walmart

10 years ago this was a nice WalMart. I haven't been in for a couple of years since I don't work in the valley any longer, so last weeks visit was a shock. I entered at the lawn care end of the store and there were zero shopping carts. I had to walk down to the next entrance to get one and it was only about 7 PM on a weekday night. I was trying to find a gel eye mask and was clearly having trouble locating it and walked around the store looking confused, passing several Walmart associates, and not one of them asked if they could help me. In the past the associates were always very attentive and helpful. I finally asked the pharmacist who directed me to the correct aisle. I went back to the lawn care checkout lane and there was no one there, so I walked back to the main checkout area and there was only ONE cashier open in the entire store. One! There were several people in line with large amounts of groceries. There were many self checkout lanes open as well, but I don't work at Walmart and I refuse to use them. I waited in line, checked out and went back down to the lawn care area where my car was parked. The doors were locked. It was now about 7:30 pm, why the heck were the doors to the entrance locked?! I can only guess that they were locked because it was unattended and with the rash of shoplifting and theft in Chesterfield Valley recently, they were forced to take drastic measures. It makes me sad that things have changed so much at that Walmart and I wish the Chesterfield police luck in keeping the bad elements out of the valley. Some recent arrests are encouraging. I also wish Walmart would employ more people and improve customer service, but I also know it's partially not their fault because so many people order online these days that they are ruining the brick and mortar businesses. Both Bath and Bodyworks and Dress Barn in the same strip mall have closed due to that sad fact. The store was clean and well stocked and the prices are still good though.

Waited over 40 minutes in the parking lot for my online grocery order pickup. Definitely under staffed. This was not the first time this has happened so I don't plan on coming back.

Store is very poorly ran. Came in for 2 very specific items that I purchase from Walmart regularly, both were out of stock on the shelf. I asked the associate at the door for help, and she was very nice. She said that she will look online to see if it should be in stock and it was. She said that she cannot leave her post, which I totally understand because she was watching the exit, but I should ask customer service or a manager to help out. George- the customer service manager- told me that all inventory is out on the floor and had not interest in looking. I asked him, so there is nothing in that back at all, and he said yes. I told him that I find that very hard to believe. I proceeded to check out with the other $100+ worth of merchandise that was unplanned and wrote this review while in line. I will not be coming back to this location if I can avoid it. George is the last person that should be in charge of customer service.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. The most courteous and kind and helpful pharmacists. Abraham goes above and beyond what he normally needs to do. Aruna is exceptional too. You always know they will help you! Patti and Mike Hackett
