One of the single worse experiences I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They constantly will call my husband and tell them a prescription is ready. He will pick up and then get a call saying it’s delayed. It was also a nightmare having my daughter’s new prescription filled. Her doctor originally called it into the wrong location and I called to have it moved. I got a call it was ready and when I went to pick it up I was told it was not ready because they do not have it. I asked when they thought they might have it and I was told “go get it from the other location”. Never again. I’m switching to CVS.

Came for covid booster and one staff asked us to call health insurance provider but turned out he typed in the wrong info. We waited for over one hour to actually get the shots.

I want to like this Walgreens as it's very conveniently located based on my house. Although it has to be the most dysfunctional pharmacy I have ever experienced. Even after 6 plus hours you typically have to wait at least 30 minutes after showing up. You are better off going to another location even if the drive is farther.

Delivery of a prescription much needed is greatly appreciated. Walgreens dedication to their customers was obvious again. Thanks to all involved!

Customer service in pharmacy has really suffered here. My prescription has been delayed since last week, they filled it today in a brand that they chose. I do understand these things happen but when I asked if another Walgreens may have it, Jessica was notably bothered at possibly having to reach out to another Walgreens.I ended up having my prescription transferred to another pharmacy today. It’s already been filled and I am on my way to pick it up.

For years the pharmacy has been above and beyond helpful. Not recently. The service has changed drastically. Has their hiring practice changed because I even had a horrible experience on a phone call and that has never happened in the many many years of using them. We may have to change it is so bad. I always trusted them, but now I’m worried.

Really? Three people working in the pharmacy and they all take a half hour at the same time for lunch thus closing the pharmacy for 30 minutes in the middle of the day. What happened to the excellent service I consistently experienced for 15 years at the Baxter and Clayton location? What’s going on?

The pharmacy is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. Today I went to pick up my prescription and as always, the clerk said the Doctor had not approved a prescription that I've been taking for years due to a health issue. The young lady, very rude, snotty, and unprofessional talked to me in a very ugly and nasty way. I've complained about her behavior before and she still doesn't understand how to communicate with patients. She told me it was against the law to refill my prescription even with the doctors ok. Then she. said it could be approved by the doctor. The most absolutely inexcusable thing she did was hang up the phone on me outside the drive thru window with her back turned. This used to be a nice store until whomever decided to forget about customer service and empathy as well as kindness and professionalism. The young black tech did not even have a name tag, I understand why.. because no one can complain that way. I like Joe and Jessica, however the other new staff members are not good for the store. I noticed this is the only Walgreens with 2 stars.

It isn't enough that we have to wait on the phone forever only to have them hangup on us but having to stand in line for over 15 minutes to get help is beyond ridiculous. One pharmacist assisted 5 cars and turned to help those of us in line while the other spent over 17 minutes helping some guy get a discount on his drugs. Had we not been helped by the pharmacist working the window, who knows how long we'd be there. And to think that I walked inside rather than use the drive thru because I thought it'd be faster. Next time I will call CVS to have them transfer my refills. I've had enough with this Walgreens.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. I just tried calling for the 3rd time, waited on hold for 10 minutes, and then someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. I'm officially done with Walgreens.

So, I put in a prescription a week ago, and it's been in "Delayed - Reviewing Prescription" ever since. Now that I am out of the medication, I call to find out what's going on, and I sit on hold for over 40 minutes. Once someone finally answers and I explain what's going on, they tell me that they need to find someone who would know more, and place me on hold. Once on hold again, it starts ringing and then I'm hung up on. I call back, and I'm sitting on hold again. The only number listed for this place is the same one I have to sit on hold with, so I have to start over, only farther back in line. They didn't even have the common decency to call me back. I will be moving my business from this Walgreens to another, and it they're no better, I will be moving to CVS...There are plenty of pharmacies in this area to have to put up with this kind of behavior.

Having a drive Through is so convenient. Having trouble walking allows a customer to still get their prescriptions. Driving through is so much safer during COVID. And sometimes I run through in my slippers and sweats. But nooooooooop. They shut down drive through whenever they want. Forcing you to wait in long lines snd expose yourself to COVID and other germs inside. I’m a caretaker and I try to keep my exposure to a minimum. If you are not going to offer the hours you post and advertise, then change it. Twice in less than 2 weeks I drove up to a sign. Horrible business practices. Completely NOT convenient or safe. I would never have had my prescriptions or my elderly parents sent their if I knew they couldn’t offer a simple pick up. Hoping not all Walgreens are so inefficient.

Over 30 minutes hold to get my insurance updated, what a joke. Took my entire lunch and still couldn't do what I needed to get my meds.
