Stopped in to check on getting a hot-spot device, because for the past 3 weeks our t-mobile home internet has not been working as it should . Plus our phones are not getting very good reception for calls or text messages. I digress... so we are looking at changing carriers for everything will update when we make the jump.

This is not a corporate store, so relatively limited on what they're able to do. Order the phone through Verizon wireless online service for pickup at this location. It definitely was not a seamless process. Took us 45 minutes just to pick up a phone since they could not figure out how to sign us out.

I dont have Verizon as a service provider and just stopped in for a charging cable. The sales team here was very friendly, helpful and the pitch made to switch off t-mobile was non agressive and light hearted as I waited for payment to process. The employees here are great.

Best customer service experience I have ever had at a phone store. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and He did not try to sell me on something I didn't need. Was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. New phone on the way in one day.

We've been coming in and out of this Verizon store for the last year, and every time we have received exceptional. service from Kyle. From setting up our transition to Verizon to helping us with our upgrades, Kyle has been extremely knowledgeable and a consistent force of assistance for us.

I came here to return my new phone which i have taken in different location the person in store as rudily responded we dont take phone back and when i googled according to verizon we can return the and get refund in any store is the answer that i got i came in late hours and store is getting shut downed in 1hr before and she told no we cant take it go to another where i need to travel 15 miles which is not fare. Its very bad. Chesterfiled please answer my question give me clarity so that i cam returny phone get refund or take new phone which is of less cost.

I’ve been to this store twice this past week; once to pre-Oder my new iPhone and once to switch my internet service. Jasmine was a rockstar with helping me get my new phone preordered. The rep I had the second time (forgive me new guy, I forget your name!) was in his first week, but already very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The store manager Josh (90% sure that’s his name) came over to greet me personally and was very helpful with getting me set up with my new home internet. I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and wouldn’t even think about switching. Their customer service is outstanding — best in the business, and their products are excellent. Thanks for being the best!

I’ve posted in the past about Russell Cellular not fulfilling their promise to give rebates on our old phones when my daughter and I upgraded to iPhone 13. I contacted Verizon Business and they told me to contact the manager at Russell Cellular. He did not respond to my phone calls or emails. Although Russell Cellular posted that they “were sorry for my experience” after I posted my review and said they would look into the situation and get in touch with me, I have not heard from them after 2 months.
