I called and spoke with a gentleman who provided me with the Incorrect Routing Number for a wire transfer. This was for a major wire transfer I was doing.

I have been going to this location for five years, been with US bank for over a decade. In that time I have met several people that worked here that were absolutely stellar human beings ((Jackie/Marie/Chris)). Recently, a check I had written had a 1 added to it, subsequently taking 10,000 additional dollars out of my bank and taking $500 out of the reserve line. That's a BIG DEAL. Calling the 1800 # didn't help, so I drove to the bank immediately. I spoke to the manager here, Jason, who I'd never met prior. Initially he seemed very sincere and we received the $10,000 that the bank had taken from us back within 24 hours. Mgr Jason said to call the next day..I did...he never called back as promised... and it's now been a week...I've called 5 times .. and I still have $500 that the bank hasn't returned and he doesn't seem to want to call back at all. I find this insincere and disappointing. Definitely not reflective of several of the bank tellers that I have built a relationship with since 2015 at this location. No wonder many of them have since left. If success reflects leadership, it's no wonder this happened. It doesn't take much to return a phone call and communicate effectively. I'm sure if my husband had spoken to him, he would have communicated . I followed up again today, and he used a condescending messenger to tell me to "be patient" after he decided that he wasn't going to call back as he had said. I now question the character of this manager, who is good at lip service but not follow through. When you are part of a mistake that steals somebody's money, you should probably act in a kind and sincere way.....or put someone in charge with better character that doesn't lie.

This is the best US bank to go to for quick service. Assistant Branch Manager Zach Romine always helps with international wire transfers and he is always very fast and professional.

Isn't it illegal for bank teller to have their cell phone sitting on the counter next to them? Where I work we would get fired. We are told it is against govt regulations to have our phones out because someone can photograph customer's sensitive, personal information. Saturday morning, Hilltown branch in Chesterfield, Mo the lady 2nd from the left (from the customers view) had her cell phone sitting on the counter at approx 11;15 a.m.

Every account they offer charges monthly fees just to have an account. That is ridiculous that I have to pay to have you loan my money out. I closed my account when they started taking out eight dollars a month in fees. Never open an account with us bank
