There always seems to be an issue with why they can’t take an Amazon return. And the man I’m assuming is the manager is always so crabby and condescending. I tried to return my Spectrum equipment on a Sunday and was told no because he was the only one there and couldn’t POSSIBLY handle a Spectrum equipment return (I was the only one in the store). Went to the Chesterfield Valley store and the only worker there was more than happy to take my stuff back and did it less than a minute. Will be going to the Dorsett store from now one. I’ve heard they are super friendly and will always accept Amazon returns.

Store does not close at 3 on Saturday. They close whenever they want. No signage explaining why. Nope, nothing. Lug a bunch of packages to the door andddd they’re closed. I’ve also had an ongoing billing issue with two boxes there that seemingly will never be resolved, so I have to change addresses for those businesses. The people are nice so three stars, if not, would be one.

1st time here! We came on a Sunday morning around eleven and it wasn’t busy at all. We was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I just needed to drop off some Amazon packages to go back to them. Quick and easy.
