This UPS Store is always a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly and helpful and take care of you quickly. The owner is warm and always thanks you for coming in. I also appreciate that they are open on Sunday afternoons!

Had several documents of my estate plan, needed to be signed witnessed and notarized, called my Hilltown US Bank, Chesterfield city hall, and county library, also no witnesses provided huge bummer, read reviews online about UPS Lamp and Lantern holy moly, called and talked with Evan, he said yes of course, wanted the manager Kyle to do it, apparently he was out wife sick, Notary Skylar and Evan and his buddy took care of everything, I was so thankful tipped them all very well, filed my documents with the the County, thank you Kyle for Skylar and Evan and his buddy, I was so jammed up and you guys saved me thank you.

I was recently in the UPS store, I bought a shipping envelope to send back a return, sent a fax and purchased 3 books of stamps. I was charged $17.25 per sheet of 20 stamps. This is insane. To purchase at the Post Office would be $13.20; the Ellisville UPS charges $14.85.Save yourself some money and do not buy stamps here, this is an obscene act of overcharging a buyer.Never again will I take any business to this UPS store.

Kyle, the owner, has been gifted with a special type of customer service in which he believes as well as displays that people are very important and kindness goes a long way. Every young man employed here that I've had the pleasure of working with has been very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for still valuing people skills and for hiring employees who display these skills as well! I highly recommend THIS specific location, even if one is closer to your house.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. The son helped me overnight a small package and it was going to be over $90 and the father overheard the transaction as he was helping another customer and he told his son to give me a 20% discount for no other reason than to be polite and helpful. Both the father and son were extremely kind and courteous to every customer that walked through the door. This will be my go to ship center from here on out regardless of the discount I received! Highly recommend!

I just moved into the neighborhood, and stopped by the closest UPS store. Walked in to the most efficient worker I’ve ever met in my life- Kyle. He was so kind, so professional and easy-going. He even helped me with my amazon return, as it was big and in my car and he offered to help carry it in! I will Drive to this store from now on for the level of service I was just provided. I own my own company, and if I could hire more, I would want them to be just like Kyle! Fabulous job!

I used to avoid this location whenever possible because the hours were inconsistent and the staff seemed irritated every time a customer walked in the door. Ever since they were taken over by new ownership, it has been night and day!The employees are so helpful, always go the extra mile, very patient, and actually seem like they enjoy working at that store. As far as customer service goes, I would rate them in the top 3 stores I use on a weekly basis.Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!!!!*Side note - I saw a couple negative reviews regarding Amazon returns, specifically with one person saying.. "they won’t take Amazon returns that need labels anymore. You have to print them at home, find a box, box up the return, tape up the box and attach the printed return label."That statement is completely inaccurate. This is the only place I take my Amazon returns and I never print off my labels or pack my items. If that is an issue someone is having, it's most likely because they are not selecting the correct return method in their Amazon account.The only other reason that might happen is if a specific seller requires the original packing or something similar. Even in those situations you can usually contact Amazon customer service and ask if the UPS location can print and pack the item. That's something I learned when my printer broke twice last year, so I had to make that request several times.

I thought I had gone back in time on the two occasions I've been in the store. Back when store keepers were always friendly and helpful. We moved here within the last year and this will be our UPS store.

Kylie and his family are excellent. They always have a smile on their face and are eager to help solve your shipping, copy, and printing needs. If you are looking for a business mailbox, this is the store to go. I also recommend them for large format (think banner size and bigger) printing. They can help ship items from complete packaging to quick and straightforward Amazon drop-offs. If you have any shipping questions, they will help you find the answers! Five stars all the way around. I highly recommend them for mailboxes, printing, shipping, and copy services.

They are open the latest out of all the UPSs in the the area on Saturdays! The father son duo working tonight were moving people through quickly. They were super nice too!
