Extremely rude staff and required $1 to tape my box for me even though it already had all of the tape on it and packaging was all there. This wouldn’t be a big deal usually, but every other UPS store in the area is happy to help with these things. I had more things to return and had no issue driving across to the other UPS store to finish the rest of my returns. The service is better everywhere else and the staff at other locations are much more professional.

Amazon returns are charged $2.00 print service fee if you have to email them your return label. Yes, $2 is a trivial amount but I usually use the 167 Lamp and Lantern Village location and have never been charged to print UPS' required shipping documentation...

A late review of my past experience in 2020. Kinda an eye-opening experience - I had to pay an extra $2.00 simply because they don't accept customer's printed return label. I had to make a purchase just to generate the same label from their machine unless the woman refused to ship my return package. Fine, hope my 2 bucks feed you well.

I know there are many UPS stores but the one on Clarkson Road is amazing the people are so friendly and fast and if you wanna have a quick conversation to open to having one too. They're very reliable and I enjoy going in there with practice all the time and then make sure I get a receipt every time. I recommend this UPS store to anybody in the area!

I had to go to this UPS store as it was the closest that did Fieldprint i9s. I drove 2+ hours and was quite early for my appointment as some of my other stuff planned didn't take as long. They were happy to get me in early and we were done in no time.

This UPS store is the best one I have visited in the St. Louis area. Staff are efficient and friendly. I rarely have any wait. I will drive out of my way to come here (and avoid other UPS Stores, see my other reviews). Highly recommend
