Store hours on Website and store door say 8 am however no one is there and store is closed. Hours need to be updated if employees can’t show up on time. I was there at 9.

Brought in Amazon returns. One of the returns needed a label printed. Other UPS locations just scan the bar code and print the label and put it in their Amazon return box, but today he said I needed to take it home, print a label at home, find a box and box it up. How rude. Now I have to make double trips to UPS because he wouldn’t scan and print.

They have a very unknowledgeable staff here ... I'm not sure if they were ever trained, but I would definitely go to the one on Clarkson. They know what they're doing way before this one.

I stop here from time to time, usually to drop off packages that already have UPS labels on them. The employees are friendly and they always offer a drop-off receipt. Have to get those returns back! I'm sure I'll be back!

Drove out of my way with a baby and a box that needed to be shipped only to find the store wasn’t open. They had a sign posted they’d be closed in New Years Day - but New Years Eve there was no indictation why the store would’ve been closed. Went to FedEx next door and they said they’d handle the UPS drop off for me.

I had a prepaid envelope to send out and I stop at this particular UPS location. I asked questions about the different service of the envelope 2nd day and 3 rd day. The clerk was ignored by me asking questions. And as the result my package did not make it to it’s destination in time .
