The Ulta which is located in Chesterfield, Mo does not value diversity. The products are not inclusive, and it does not appear that they plan to change the situation.

Thank you Terri, for the BEST Customer service ever! I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Terri was, and I would not have been able to find my products without her. So happy I stopped in when I did!

Gave them another chance after a long boycott due to the Days of Girlhood scandal but I see now that that was a mistake… the store is dirty and poorly stocked and employees get paid to sit around and do each others makeup while ignoring customers. At least they let you return stuff which apparently is the only thing this store has going for it since they give no samples and no help to find the right product. Idk why I expected anything else. I guess because I used to shop here so much as a teenager but that Ulta is gone. They’ve gone way downhill and I think I’m done. There are plenty of other places to shop for beauty products. Byeee

Manager At this location is very rude and unhelpful. Products and the rest of the staff are fine, but it makes it really hard to want to support this location when the manager makes you feel like you’ve inconvenienced them by being there.

I book blowouts weekly with Ulta or other Blowout Salons. I often see the same stylist from time to time. This time, after booking my appointment, it's cancelled. I booked my appointment like I always do online or through the app, then it's canceled. No explanation, no call, just canceled. I call to confirm that this was an error as I didn't cancel my appointment. I still wanted to come in for my appointment. This Ulta didn't apologize for the inconvenience for canceling my appointment last minute nor help to get into with another stylist at this location. Okay, I get customer service is different with everyone. It's not justified to cancel someone's appointment that they are counting on for an event just without explanation. The fact that I had to call this Ulta to indeed find out that my appointment was cancelled is below satisfactory of running a business. Disappointing. What's interesting is that it was cancelled after hours and by an Ulta personnel who will remain nameless at this time.

While shopping for products I ran into the sweetest girl (eriee) who helped me find a particular product that is a staple in my regimen. After she assisted me with my needs she informed me she was the new brow girl and passed me a service menu. Eriee at the Benefit brow bar made me feel so comfortable I decided to let her attempt reshaping my brows after not being touched in so long. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! So knowledgeable, so personable, you bet your bottom dollar this IS my new brow girl! THANK YOU ERIEE <3 143 :)

We have been long time customers and salon patrons. My daughter went in fir the signature haircut which included a wash, cut and style or blow out. After she dried her hair the stylist said she wanted to run a straightener through it. When we went to check out another stylist added a silk press service to our fee. The manager had to assist with some kind of override and when I questioned the additional service she seem to think it was ok to charge me $129 for a haircut with blowout and straightener although we did not ask for additional service not where made award that it was an additional $50. We will never purchase anything from Ulta again. Unfortunately this was not the first time we have had an issue

i really never liked ulta- only went when they had something no one else carried- until i met Madeline at Chesterfield- she was AWESOME- helped me find the right products AND taught me how to use them- im back to wearing make up again AND taking care of my skin finally!

They treat their employees as objects, not as human beings. They are very greedy with money and have no respect or understanding. Would not recommend.
