Pretty sold out of items after Christmas, but a young associate apologized. She was zoning and two ladies were ringing up customers. Left another shoe store where both employees were on their phone with plenty of customers present. So, we will be back to UGG!

Ample parking even though it's not close. Huge area of many name brand stores. Excellent walkability and seating for older people to sit on benches. Great selection of shoes and many apparel stores

No one greeted us when we walked in, employees were just looking at us, not one employee had asked if we needed help looking for anything. Upon existing the store we were told to have a nice day. Customer service training is needed clearly!
