This is an excellent store and location for me and I just did a return and I was in and out in one minute now that is fast. I can't believe I was in an out in one minute and it was busy.The people are friendly and kind inside especially if the return department service desk and I recommend this guy to anyone in the area and I have a lot of Christmas decorations as well.

I was very fortunate to have Zack in Lumber working with me. He was so professional and very patient! It was such a pleasure to see such high quality employees working at my Home Depot. When two competing companies are right next to each other, having great service sends my back to Home Depot every time! Thanks, Zack.

I was looking to buy a gas trimmer because the battery powered ones just are not powerful enough and you can only go so far before you recharge. They only had battery operated trimmers, in fact they don't carry gas powered mowers, trimmers furnaces or stoves. They told me they where a pilot store for only electric appliances. You would think a hardware store would steer clear of politics but alas here we are. I will never shop at a home-depot again.

Lousy customer service. Did curbside for wife to pick up on way home. Items missing. Called. Yep, didn't bring out one of the bags. Won't deliver. Another trip. Not the first time. When McDonald's drive-through has a better batting average it's time to step up your game.

Rented a tow behind one man post hole digger. Worked great. Associate showed me how to operate it, before I left the store.I will rent again in the future.

Rented 4 different aerators from this tool rental location. All had issues. I am a professional lawn care service and have used many different aerators before, I know how they should run and operate. All were poorly maintained and wouldn't not run correctly. The associate told me that some aerators were "push" and some were "self propelled". I have never heard of a "push" aerator. I have rented the same brand before "Ryan EST", and it is not a "push" aerator. I took the liberty of calling Ryan manufacturing and asked tech support about the issue. They knew right away after describing the issue that it was a bearing issue and not an operator error that the home-depot associate insinuated. I was only offered a refund after going through 4 different machines. These machines are not maintained properly and/or damaged and not being fixed. I called the assistant manager and was told sorry we will refund your money, but I feel that this is not enough. I have went through a lengthily process of renting these machines and returning them several times. I feel that I am due more than just a refund. Home Depot you have really let me down this time.
