“Very clean ,and very nice place. The manager is a very nice older big guy who was nice to talk to and the technician did a great job . He had me out in a little over an hour in time for me to get my son from school. I had a Chevy Avalanche that needed the front pads badly and they took good care of me. Will visit again when I need to. Great place honest people .”
“Been shopping here for 15+ years. Almost always great customer service! More recently, I've noticed that there simply aren't enough cashiers to keep up with the growing lines of customers. I use the self checkout option whenever I am able. Unfortunately, they've recently reduced the number of items that you can use self checkout for down to 10 items per person.”
“Bought 2 front tires both ended up having bad valve stem in the front left that weekend. Had to get that one fixed at tire choice in middle town kentucky. Now on 5/26 my right has gone bad less than 2 weeks later. Trying to get you guys to fix it but yall aren't even open when you're suppose to be open now I'm stuck on a holiday weekend with a bum tire I can't drive on. Completely unacceptable. Suppose to open at 8am and can't even open in time let alone ensure your work when needed are going hand in hand right now.
So once I was finally able to get the car back up to the shop Joe ended up not only correcting the issue at hand but went above and beyond to make sure it was not only fixed but showed great character and service in a the fastest time I've ever seen done. Definitely going back knowing they back their work up through and through.”
