It was closed when I went in July. I went there in September and there has been a new group of employees with very good attitudes. The recommended products are affordable and easy to use! Would go again.

I was so pleased with my shopping experience.Kristin promptly greeted me and shared all the pricing and values. She had the same greeting with all the customers that entered.In addition the store was clean and organized. I’ll be back!

This store has new staff and they are sweethearts! These ladies work hard to check in with all customers. I stopped going to this store because of the previous employees. They are GONE! New staff is GREAT! No more endless lunch breaks or locking doors or nasty signs. Thank you new staff!!!!

Employees seem like you’re a burden. Walked in to no greeting or explanation, no one asked if we needed any help. They were chatting with each other. All four behind the counter as we browsed, discussing what time they all wanted to go home taking the time to adjust the “be right back” closed sign while we’re inside. Products were cool, but had I had any expectations of the pricing I would’ve bought more than just the $15 bag. Plus they are having “cash problems” :)

The mgr Kristin greeted us and was so nice and helpful. She gave us details about a great sale the are having! And Classie spent time with me to find the perfect foundation for this summer! A great store with great pricing on amazing products and the best staff! It was a fun shopping experience!!

My daughter LOVES makeup and I wanted to surprise her with a present. I visited the week before Easter and the Store Manager, Constance, and associate were amazing. They helped me research and were looking up products that meet my daughter’s requirements. They helped me come up with the perfect gift for her. They made me look like a STAR because she absolutely LOVED her present! She couldn’t wait to visit The Cosmetic Company Store and check it out for herself. We just visited this past weekend and had the same wonderful experience! The Store Manager, Constance, and store associate Victoria are both ROCK STARS! They were so pleasant and helpful. My daughter spent so much time in the store. It is hard deciding what to purchase when you get in there and you see all the sales! We both walked away with a bag of makeup, free samples, and smiles from out lovely conversations with the associates. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience, ladies! We look forward to seeing you soon!

I walked by and realized the store is back open. I recognized one of the old store workers her name is Classy we talked for a bit and she helped color match me. I did not know they were aloud to do that since I hadn’t been before. She has always been so helpful. I love their prices and I’ll be back again.

I was hesitant to go here for the first time after reading the reviews, but we decided to go anyways & I’m so glad we did! Ramona greeted us and assisted us the entire time we were in the store. She was amazing, so friendly, and patient with us! I hope to see her next time we’re in!

Absolutely ridiculous. I went one time about a year ago and had a decent experience, since this is the only one near me, decided to try it again. Drove over an hour specifically for this store just for the lights to be off and the doors to be locked. Tried calling the store phone to see what was going on and couldn’t get an answer. Went and looked at other stores for about an hour and went back for it to still be locked. Would love to be able to shop here but it’s hard to get any customers when you’re not allowing anyone to even come inside. Might want to do better about the timing and at least posting a sign stating you’re on a break and how long you’ll be gone. Many businesses have signs saying they’re short staffed and to please be patient with them like you have yet don’t have such bad service.

I love cosmetic company and have been shopping from different cosmetic company stores across US, but this store is very bad. They are not helpful at all. They do not give you information about what they carry at their store. I have been to their store couple times and I always have to go through all the products ro see if they have a specific item. When you ask them if they have an item they say we are outlet store and will only get specific item and they tell you to go look and find it yourself and if you don’t find it it means that they don’t have it. Well anyone who goes to an outlet mall knows what and outlet mall means but I think if you are working at a store you need to know what you carry and be able to help customers ro buy products.

Incredibly hostile and rude staff.Doors were locked over a 2 hour period. I tried the doors at different intervals as I had driven 45 minutes specifically to visit this store. On the 4th try, the employee unlocked the door and began to berate me with a raised voice. She would not state whether or not they were open or tell me their hours. I was there within the hours posted online. She stated that it was just her working so I couldn’t come in because she was taking phone orders. Seems to me these employees can’t be bothered to let people in the store.Absolutely awful experience. Estée Lauder please come audit this store, no other cosmetics company store location is like this. Unacceptable.

We got to the store at 3:00 and the door said it was their lunch break so we waited for about an hour and still no service. We also called right before we came in to confirm they had the products we were looking for and that we'd be right in but we were never told they were going on lunch break.
