All good experiences with this office for past 5 years. Joseph at front desk has gone out of his way to help me on more than 1 occasion. My Rep (Dale) is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to answer my questions. I feel confident working with these individuals.

The customer service at this location is abhorrently bad.When I brought my concerns to the location and ask for a managerthe person who came to respond to my complaints who did not identify himself nor did he have a tag to identify him by name or position. he proceeded to turn my concerns against me and never adressedthem... read full comment

I received an unsolicited call from this office but did not have time to talk. When I tried to call back I found that the telephone number is log distance from my location. When call to a customer out of the calling area the reps should provide a telno that the call can be returned.
