Checkout here is awful.
There are ten (10) traditional registers and only four (4) self checkouts. 6:40 pm on Saturday, over 20 people in the self-checkout line, and there is only one single cashier open. One cashier. In 10 lanes.

Target has a wide selection of quality products. I love the drive up pickup service and the Red Card discount. Friendly staff too.

Great things, horrible service. My mom and I were shopping here (English is her 2nd language). We went to self checkout and two of our things needed someone to check it. At first, my mom was trying to explain the price and a lady was getting frustrated because she didn’t understand what my mom was saying. My mom was apologizing and then I tried to explain as well, and after 5 mins, she finally got the right price and said “there, are you happy now?” I reluctantly said thank you and asked for someone else to help us. I was very disappointed with the service today.

Went to Target today 1/29/24, bought some yogurt, got home and realized it expired 12/15/23. Unfortunately this has happened to me 3x now with target food items being expired over 30 days. These are perishable items.

Customer service is dead in 2024.10am spending ~$300 on baby supplies and storage boxes…NO checkout lines were open besides self-checkout.The employee manning self-checkout was about as lifeless as a stick of gum. No getting, no thank you. Not even a word.

Everything was easy to find however the man working the self check-out lane was extremely rude towards us when he needed to scan his badge to remove an item we accidentally scanned twice.
