We had incredibly friendly service from staff who seemed genuinely appreciative of our business. We bought the polywood products hoping they will last longer than the pretend wicker garbage we've bought from the big box stores- fingers crossed (but this came with a huge warranty!).

I contacted Suburban Leisure Center with questions about a gas fireplace I had purchased from another company. Scott was excellent at answering questions and assisted in getting a solution to my problem. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Suburban Leisure Center will be my first stop for future outdoor furniture and gas appliances.

Purchased woodlike chairs and 2 seat rocker for our outdoor patio. Quality polywood style furniture at prices that cannot be beat. After 3 years sitting in the weather these items still look brand new still!!!

We ordered some custom poly outdoor furniture from here. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. It came in stock sooner than we were told which was great and delivery went smoothly.

Not worth the drive from Illinois. You walk in to see signs everywhere that says ‘no photos’. The sales associate said they don’t want people shopping online and price comparing. The item we were looking for was more expensive than Watson’s. Their website looks nothing like the store. The sales associate was not kind, friendly, or helpful.

We went here recently just to get a new patio set(table and chairs), but ended up getting a lot more. We went in and instantly saw that almost all of the products were of great quality and the salespeople were very friendly and helpful. All in all, we ended up buying the patio set, four Adirondack chairs(two with footstools and two without) and three tables that matched. It was also a nice touch on a burning hot day that they allow customers access to a fridge of cold water.

I went in with lots of questions about grills. The salesman and owner (I assume) were both very helpful. I could tell they knew the products well and I didn’t feel pressured. Bought a grill, they set it up, delivery guy answered a couple of more questions. I don’t want to buy a grill every year. Or every two years. Or every five years, for that matter. I appreciated how they took the time for me to get comfortable with an appliance I’m going to have for 10 years.

I have purchased many products from this store. Always knowledgeable people helping in the process. The owner of the store is always helpful and friendly and makes the process very easy. Best place in town to get your propane tanks filled or replaced as well.

Drove a 100 miles, stopped in to look at some pollywood chairs, owner was very helpful and explained all the pro and cons of inventory he carries which made my choice easy. Will return to do business again.
