Poor customer service. Left with tab for admittedly incorrect bill. I went to St. Luke's Urgent Care for a rapid strep test as directed by my St. Luke's primary care physician. When I arrived, I was told I needed an order for the test or I would have to see the doctor. I called my primary care physician for the order but only got the answering machine. I waited three hours to see the one physician while numerous people with orders got their tests and left. I finally saw the doctor for one minute and got my test. It was negative, no Rx needed. One month later, I get a bill for an emergency room visit ($250), not urgent care ($25). I call St. Luke's and they tell me I have to call the insurance company to have them pay it correctly. The interaction between St. Luke's and my insurance company should be handled correctly and/or corrected between them. Poor customer service.

My wife was there 4 days after major back surgery. The nurses were really good but had way to many patients per nurse. The techs were a joke. In 4 days her bed was never changed nor was her gown. She would call for help and no one would respond. She got no help getting up to use the bathroom. The Physical Therapy was great The room was a joke. The bed was worn out. The chairs ancient and she had no recliner to sit in. I would not recommend this hospital

The techs and pharmacists at this location have always been incredibly nice to me. If there's an issue with your prescription they will work with you to figure something out, which is a lot more than other pharmacies will do. I'm very grateful for them!

I just got off the phone with the Emergency Room Nurse, my Dad who has advanced Dementia has been to St. Luke's hospital 6 times in the last 2 months. I asked her for the MD to write a hospice evaluation order to avoid future unnecessary hospitalizations. She flat out lied to me & said "Only his PCP can write a hospice evaluation order" and repeatedly told me how "busy" she is. That's when I told her I work for hospice, so she was caught in her lie, and she hung up on me. Totally unethical. That nurse should be fired. She is doing harm to the community of aging patients, especially people with Alzheimer's & Dementia who can not advocate for themselves. I don't care if you're "busy"... that is my DAD. Do not send your loved ones to this hospital if you can avoid it.

If you want to feel like a piece of meat being pulled through a meat grinder, you should really contact St Luke's Women's Center and schedule a mammogram. The experience I had was awful. The staff was rude, rushed and extremely insensitive. never again! There are many places that offer mammograms, why choose one with staff that make you feel inconsequential?

just terrible. Don't bother going to this ER location specially with kids. They treat you terribly and don't seem to care about the people. The nurse and the front receptionist are rude only in the Emergency Room!

The heart & vascular center or heart hospital at St. Luke's lead you to believe they are endorsed, supported and collaborating with the Cleveland clinic foundation or Cleveland clinic hospital in Ohio. They are not. the collaboration is for educational materials and or policy procedure & practices. You will not see or have a live / in person, second opinion with a staffed Cleveland Clinic physician unless you pay for a scheduled appointment

Terrible patient treatment. Admitted at 4:00pm, then was told nothing else would be done that day because the doctor went home!!!!! Never saw nurse or tech for 6 hours first night. No point person. Will not return and DO NOT recommend.

I came from Oklahoma to come to this facility just to be treat by Dr. DeRosa (who is out of this world top notch). The hospital is very well laid out in a very nice community. Everything is clearly marked, and navigating around the facility is easy. The hospital itself is clean, bright, open and welcoming. The staff were nothing but extraordinary to me from the lab staff, ultrasound techs, nurses and registration. I'm so very happy and pleased with how transparent billing was for me and very easy to understand. Everyone I encountered was so kind and patient with me. I'm so thankful for everyone at St Luke's and for the remarkable care I received. Highly recommend!!

Always love Saint Luke's. Since we live a little further from it now we took my daughter to SSM last month when she was hospitalized for a seizure. It was an awful experience. My son had an emergency experience last weekend. I know 2 ER visits in 2 mos! Anyway I decided to make the drive to St Luke's this time. Awesome caring, informative experience. Drew our ER nurse.... Awesome! Kept us informed, comfortable. I will continue to make the drive... though hope I don't have to!

I had my son here at the end of 2019. My baby's heart rate dropped and I was having complications. We ended up needed to have a c-section to get him out. It was the scariest time of my life. St. Lukes doctors were professional and got my baby out safely. I had a nurse holding my hand during the surgery. The lactation consultant was incredible. She came in my room and really cared about me. She called to check in on my after I came home. I actually came back to the hospital (for FREE) and she helped me latch. Also: the cookie lady is my favorite. It's the little stuff that really matters and the cleanliness, care, and everything else were TOP NOTCH at St. Lukes.
