Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and we were the only ones there, perfect timing! Sometimes it is a lot of fun to go browse and upgrade or even switch to new service, and sometimes it just needs to be done. This is a great place to go either way!

I have been wanting to sign up for the T-Mobile 5g home internet service for a while now. When it first came out, I received an email message saying that it was available for $30 a month with a guarantee that the price will never go up as long as I maintain my current phone plan. At the time I was paying about $49 a month for Internet service for Spectrum and so I decided not to do it as it was new and the service from Spectrum was rock solid. Fast forward a year and Spectrum jacked my bill to $59.99/month on a promotional rate that will go to $69.99/month when it expires. I went to T-mobile about six months ago to sign up but unfortunately there were already too many subscribers in my area so I added my name to the waiting list. Last week I got an email telling me the service was available, I called immediately and signed up. The equipment arrived yesterday via UPS. It took about 5 minutes to hook up and works great. Now I'm saving $30/month and can finally say goodbye to Spectrum and their ever increasing rates, fees and taxes

The employees were very kind and apologetic but I’m mind blown that the 4 people I spoke with had no idea how to remedy my problem and not once took ownership of their company’s ridiculous mistake. Nobody reached out to a manager or attempted to resolve the issue for me and this was after several visits and phone calls. Again, the people I interacted with were kind, but very disappointed in the customer service.

Never have I ever wasted so much time I have made 5 visits into TMobile stores and every time I leave disappointed. They wanted me to pay $280 upfront when my trade in covered the full value makes no sense was told I could get a free nord n200 if I didn't like my current device come to find out that's only good the day you sign up our bill is $45 more than the original quoted price about as bad or worse than att

I have read the reviews I don’t know whether a lot of those were on the weekend or not I can understand how the weekends can be crazy I was there on a Wednesday morning around 11 very nice personnel … I had to switch the phone over because I too was a Sprint customer and did not know why my phone wasn’t working… Was told about the the Sims card switch …
