3rd time here just to turn in cancelled service equipment. Staff was rude. Just trying to leave. Same issues as other bad reviews but owners/ managers don’t care. The reason everyone is leaving. 25 minutes still no help.

A whole lots of chit chat, no movement at all. 45min wait in the store just to drop off equipment. Dissatisfied.

Rude and defensive as I walked into the store. I tried to walk up and ask for help, immediately met with chastising me. I checked in, 4 ppl have walked out...literally an hour later still sitting here. Guy said he was helping someone then leaving, literally left. All we have to do is pick up equipment! What a welcome to spectrum! Idk yow these rude ppl keep jobs! Literally empty steel except the 2 ppl at the counter helping 2 ppl...

One star is too high of a rating but had to choose it, just to be able to post. Terrible service, hold times are hours not minutes. Switch you from one person to another. How do they stay in business????

I was so lucky, walking into Spectrum at THF, when Michael Bouvatte assisted me. I am one of the least savvy tech people you'd ever meet, and thankfully Michael was helpful, patient and kind. He thoroughly explained everything and guided me through the best service match for me. He provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in quite some time and I will forever be grateful. Michael is certainly a valuable asset to this company!

So I read some reviews that had one star and I have to agree with others customer service is very poor none of the computers seemed to work to accomplish the task at hand so after wasting an hour, they could not transfer my account so the painful experience continues
