Mike Bouvatte is the best! He took the time to explain channels, packages, and made sure we had a triple play that made sense. He is the reason we are staying with Spectrum! Thanks, again, Mike!

Although it was Saturday and extremely busy.... well worth the wait!! The rep I dealt with took complete care of me and my needs. I went in frustrated after dealing with the miserable, horrible T Mobile for over four years. I'm so glad I switched.... couldn't be happier!!
