Placed an order with my own Fedex account for delivery. They used it not once but twice to deliver my order back to themselves and when I asked for a full refund, they never did refund me. In my book, that's called stealing !!

This is easily the worst company i have ever dealt with. I put in my order and then received a email about a week later asking me about a "pinout"?. At the time i had no idea what a "pinout" was, so i replied saying: "I do not know what a pinout is but i need it for my tattoo machine". So i gave them information on the machine etc etc. They never replied so i reached out again about month later and they did a good job of making me feel stupid about the pinout situation. Im not the cable experts, they are. They never answered any of my questions. They just replied to my questions with: " Ronald, have you recieved this question before" (like im a child at daycare) i managed to find the pinout i needed and so i gave them the pinout then a week later they just refunded my money. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE customer service.

Simply cannot deliver products on time. Showmecables despite promising the products would be shipped out the same day simply did not deliver and when I called back the customer service rep had an attitude and did not have the courtesy to apologize and told me I needed to talk to customer service if I needed a refund when he was more than happy to take my call and my order. Will not be dealing with them again.

Ordered on Thursday at lunchtime shipment was ready for pick up the same day usps 1-3 day. But it is Sunday and still not shipped yet. Tried to call can't help me with my order on Sunday they don't have anyone there to look in to it only from Monday to Friday

Its been 3 1/2 days since they've been back from Thanksgiving holiday and still can't tell me if my order is shipped or not. I have a machine sitting here acting like a paperweight waiting for Eight feet of 18 AWG wire that would take minutes to cut throw in an envelope and ship. NOT. Same day shipping on their website is a joke. Never Again.

Bad communication. unreliable. I ordered a product with next day shipping. they did not ship the next day. I tried to message about my order and no response until 2 days later.

I had cable TV problems, even cable provider technicians could not figure it out which is not unusual. After looking at several You Tube tutorials I found out that most of problems happen from out of date splitters This is true because I notice in all the electronic stores splitters have been sitting there for five years and are always outdated. The splitter I received from, Show Me Cables is the latest technology very well constructed easy to install, the best part all my TV and set-top boxes are working perfectly now. Side note the cable companies only have three ways splitters so they do stacking which is not the best way to go, one multi port splitters is the best way to go.

I've ordered twice from this company.First time was a bit daunting to find the proper way to make a order.... however, the second time was extremely annoying every time i pressed a button that annoying chat box popped up also as I type my keyboard is covering up the text so I have no idea how many Grammer errors I have made!!

I bought from them because they said they had the spool of wire in stock that I needed, and that it would ship same day. A week later I still dont have my reel and now they say it is out of stock and it will be a month. Now my project is behind thank you very much,. JUST ADMIT WHEN YOU DONT HAVE STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They helped me get the correct cable when I ordered the wrong type. So that was a great experience and easily navigated. My product was then shipped COD and I was advised to refuse it and have it returned. It lingered for about two weeks while they figured out what to do, as they were not getting any feedback from UPS.Finally a replacement was sent a month after my order. When this package arrived, it was COD as well. I refused it again and called. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I have had to keep calling as no one reached out. They now claim the charges are for customs and duties, however the customs office denies this and the BOL lists it as a freight fee.I have waited around for over a month, without receiving any items. As the boxes have not returned, they cannot send out another for me to forward it to USPS to deliver. A refund has not even been issued to me. Just be forwarded, it is not their fault as they are just middle men who cannot control how items are shipped and UPS does not talk to them since they are not the shipper.

This company sells products, stating that is in stock and that they ship daily; and it is false. False advertisement. Past 10 days and no product or status. Had to ask PayPal to refund me since they are not responding to my emails.

Order #1: I was helpfully directed to the right product by an online sales rep. The item shipped promptly. Overall a good experience. Order #2: I made a mistake on the order (momentary confusion on my part about male ends, female ends, different types of USB, etc.). This took place after their business hours. Approximately 10 minutes after making the order I wrote to them asking them to cancel it. My intent was to possibly re-order but with the correct parts. The next morning I got a message saying they couldn't cancel the order since it had already been sent to the warehouse. Wouldn't a simple phone call have fixed that, I thought? The order didn't actually ship until 2:30pm, which once again led me to believe that a simple email or phone call could be placed to cancel it. But no. Now I'm being sent parts I don't need and spending money I wanted to spend on the correct parts. Conclusion: I'll never do business with them again. If I were running this business my first priority would be to ensure that what happened to me didn't happen. SMC's attitude, at least in this instance, seems to be 'I can't be bothered'. If this happened to me, it could also happen to you.

Ordered 10 feet of LMR400UF to work with before ordering more. My invoice says Times Microwave, there are no markings on the coax that says Times Microwave, like the other LMR400DB and UF I have purchased elsewhere. Spending top dollar on lower quality cable, not good.
