Cashier said my ID wasn't real and accused me of being the ATF several times. She never called a manager. Then decided my ID was real enough to make the sale.
Since I was being verbally harassed, I didn't notice one item rang up for triple the posted price. So I was verbally harassed and had $20 stolen.

I have been shopping at Schnucks for years. I wouldn't recommend shopping at the Woods Mill location. I had the worst experience I have ever had grocery shopping. Not only did they just have two lanes open. The bagger's were extremely rude. With a little over a grocery cart full of food. The bagger's ignored that I needed help. I had to bag my own grocerys while they moved on to other customers who only had a few items. Highly disappointed.

They have everything! Literally everything
Fresh and clean and organized
My only thing is I'm black I shop wherever I don't care they stared at me the whole time I was in the store made me feel uncomfortable I like the store but the people were just weird and racist

Seafood clerk was rude and couldn't hear me ordering over the phone unless I yelled and afeter he got it he hung up on me. Then when I got there my food still wasn't being cooked. So I placed an order in person and to my surprise he still acted as if he couldn't hear me. Yet other people he could hear just fine. Bob should treat everyone equally or retire. Everything else was great about the store. Someone should speak with Bob about customer service in Seafood department.

Visited this Schnucks for flowers. There was a long line an nobody using self checkout. The line moved fast. A manager, or someone who appeared higher up jumped in and opened another lane to get the line moving even faster. I think this Schnucks should be an example for other Schnucks in the area on how to properly run a checkout line.

Way to go Schnucks. Cut down on self checkout woth only one cashier, no bagger. We waited 34 minutes before we were done checking out. My daughter's birthday ice cream cake just sat melting. So much for increasing the number of cashiers. Such cheapskates.Changing my review to 1 star after the manager clearly gave zero cares, not moving an inch, just nodding, when I complained. Long story short, they are vastly understaffed to not allow most people to go through the self checkout and customer service is severely lacking.
