We Love Rally House in Chesterfield, Michigan! Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I can always find something for a gift or for myself. Good prices, great selection and wonderful staff!

Purchased a shirt here for my son. He wore it once and it we noticed it is coming apart at the seams. I purchased August 9th and he wore it for the first time last week. Took it back in and they refused to let me return it. Said they can’t take back something that has been worn. I can understand if it was something I did but the shirt is separating at the seams. I have purchased many things from Rally House and have never returned anything. I’ll purchase from somewhere else in the future.

The manager, Mike, was extremely helpful and helping to manage a return for a shirt that I had never worn and had the tag on it, and he was also really helpful in helping me locate merchandise.

I went in for my first shopping experience and was impressed by the vast amount of merchandise. More importantly and impressive was the assistance I received from the staff. Young adults who knew the value of customer service! I appreciated their help tremendously as well as their suggestions. I’m so excited to give the gift I purchased with their assistance. I bought the jersey, passed on your competitors offers and then you cancelled the order without even the offer to send to my home? Very poor business decision. I am not sure I’ll ever give you my business again.
