A pair of shoes were purchased for our youth for his birthday, and went to the store to return the item as they are hurting him and don't fit properly. Only 1 shoe has been worn so he could try how it fitted him, but when we went to return the item and they're brand new as gotten them from the store they refused to return them because one shoe has been put on for testing purposes.
This is ridiculous and the associate told us the return policy. Apparently nothing can be returned if they have been worn or test any clothing or shoes out1

This company is nothing but liars and thieves. They have stolen thousands from hundreds of loyal customers in hopes of a free shoe that they had already given out their own friends and family way before anyone could win them honestly. The proof is in the data look at any sneaker resale app and see the data for yourself. The easiest way is to go to StockX and search puma shredder then look at data tab and see that these shoes were being sold on there starting February 4th. Only problem is that the only way to get these shoes was to buy all four pairs of the tmnt line which the last shoe was released on the 22nd then you register it and get one of the 444 pairs shipped to you so at least the 25 but more like 27-28 or 1st of march is more realistic to register have the order pulled and shipped out to you so just look at the numbers yourself. By the way don’t bring that up to puma or they will call you everything but human and hang up on you and never even offer an apology for the scam they ran as a contest. This company literally made over $50 million off their customer for this and refuse to even give an apology and would rather call their customer liars and tell them they don’t want their business anyway then apologize and try to come up with a plan to fix the burnt bridges they have. I hope some read this and go to a different brand as you will be much happier this company is nothing more than strong arm criminals and thieves.

This review is for the website. Don't pay for extra shipping. I paid for next business day and we are going on day 3 with no shoes. I was participating in the TMNT colab but 4 pairs get the 5th free and missed out on my 5th pair due to my shoes not being delivered in time. Thank You So Much Puma.

The shop is nice, but has a very rude and angry employee. We picked out plenty of clothes planning to buy, however, we ended up not purchasing anything after she almost kicked me out of the fitting room area. The shop was almost empty with no other customers, and she came over telling me that I was blocking the entrance to an emergency exit. I told her that I would move if someone needed to use the emergency exit, even though it was the same path to the fitting room.
I kindly asked the lady to be more respectful towards customers, but she seemed to not care and started shouting at me to leave. I hope this behavior is not in line with Puma's policies.

Omg! At 12:01 today Wednesday 28th my 7 yr and I encountered the meanest crabbiest employee at this store. My son was reprimanded for dropping a soccer ball out of the bin, then reprimanded 2x more times for bouncing the ball. She then came over to us and said she was taking the ball away from him if he didn't stop. We were going to buy the ball. Then it was my turn for trying on a hoody with out her permission to use dressing room. We then dropped all our stuff on the shelf and left! The store lost out on $150 dollars we were going to spend. Then she moved on to the next gentleman! We're she told him he couldn't stand by the entrance while his daughter was in fitting room. I'm a retail manager for Lowes and this person would have been fired on the spot for this type of customer service.
