I have been a client of Prolonged Symmetry for about 2-3 months now. I only have positive things to say about them. Love the location. Nice and clean. I’ve been seeing Maria for Ashiastu and I’m SO happy she talked me into it. Best decision ever! My muscles/body are eternally grateful to Maria’s magical metatarsals. Forever her client!

Maria is relatively new at Prolong Symmetry but is an extremely experienced and Excellent therapist! Before we began she initiated a conversation about any problem-areas I was experiencing and incorporated extra focus on those areas as she gave me a wonderful massage that was simultaneously relaxing and highly therapeutic. Her knowledge of anatomy was extensive and she encouraged feedback, though she was so intuitive about my body's response to the massage that I didn't feel much need to comment other than to shower her with compliments. Prolong Symmetry has been a wonderful source of several truly spectacular therapists and Maria is no exception. If you can't get on Rhonda's schedule, do try Maria! She's absolutely wonderfully skilled and immensely kind.

Rhonda gave me the best massage that I've ever had, and after 17 years of being a massage therapist myself I've had a LOT of massages! She's personable, friendly and professional as well as extremely talented and doesn't charge outrageous prices as some others do. Forget the chain, same thing for everyone, massage places and get an appointment with prolong. You won't be disappointed!

I have been an overjoyed customer of Prolong Symmetry for at least 8 years and have always had absolutely wonderful, therapeutic, professional, healing, Quality massages from many of their therapists. Rhonda is an Ashiatsu Master who performs sheer miracles! The massages are never “formulaic”; all of the highly skilled therapists listen and respond to the needs of my body every time. Highly Recommended!!!

Rhonda is amazing and talented. Professional and courteous. I've known her for 9 years! I moved out of state 3 years ago and everytime I'm back home I schedule my appointment with her in advance! She has an amazing team at the office and you won't be disappointed with their services either! Also she is a fabulous teacher. Willing to take on smaller classes of students to share the health and wealth of ashiatsu with other massage therapist.

Prolong Symmetry is and has been at the top of my list for a very long time. Not only is Rhonda at the top of her class as an ashiatsu therapist, she is one of the best teachers in St Louis. I have absolutely no problem recommending her and her business.

Prolong Symmetry is by far the best and most relaxing experience I've had getting a message. She was attentive to my needs and trouble spots and really focused on areas that were giving me trouble. I have used the infrared sauna at Prolong Symmetry and it was a wonderful experience. Rhonda did a great job of educating me on the benefits as well as what to expect while using the infrared sauna.
