Unfortunately, Pioneer did not offer the services I was looking for. However, they were very cordial and pointed me in the right direction. I will return here if I ever need something in their wheelhouse! From what they explained about their company, they seem knowledgeable and professional.
Cannot remember who I spoke with, but give them props!

This is not a store like best buy or Walmart. You have to be in the low voltage or audio video field to buy from here.
