I was impress with the touchless carwash for 6 months until the machine has been out-of-service so often recently. Half of the month was completely closed. I called in asked for the estimated time that will be open again. No estimated time was provided and the guy told me that I can cancel my membership. Not recommend at all. I will cancel my carwash membership this month.

The $12 car wash barely cleaned my car, leaving a lot of visible dirt. I asked for a refund. They offered only another wash. Not expecting better results, I asked if I could at least use the $12 for gas. No, only another wash. I went through the wash again. Same results - a lot of visible dirt left.
