This store is now closed And no longer able to see customers because it's closed.The next closest Petco is in Ellisville and I'd recommend you going down to Ellisville Petco and use their facility because the one on Clarkson Road is now closed

I'm so mad right now. I took my yorkie in got a wash and told them not to cut any of her hair except between her eyes, her paws and the tips of her ears trimmed and the back was supposed to be shaved (like yorkies get) I pick her up and not only did she cut her bangs off but she BUTCHERED the hair around her mouth!! She looks deformed. I can't even look at her. I can't get a good picture of her to show how gross she looks. I will never be back to even shop there. Update: I just went to go talk to a manager. Turns out the groomer who cut my dogs hair is the manager of grooming. I told her how I said DO NOT CUT ANY HAIR OFF HER FACE! She tried denying that she did so. She also thinks that this is a normal cut around the mouth for a yorkie. Not only is it uneven and too short...it just looks plain stupid. What's scary is, she said she's been grooming dogs for over 6 years. She needs to find a new profession. Maybe she should only be allowed to bath the dogs. This is totally unacceptable. This isn't something that will grow out in a few weeks. This will take months to fix. Please do not bring your dogs here to get groomed by her. All I asked was to cut her hair between her eyes and paws and I left with a dog that looks like a deformed monster.

had a scheduled grooming appointment i waited 12 days for. went in and there was no groomer on site. no one called. Brandon was trying to handle complaints but apparently this is an ongoing issue. A shame since i intended to make it my permanent groomer. I buy lots of products there. They need more help and organization! right in the middle of Chesterfield. Apparently management doesn't care about customer service at all. Also lady shopping with NO mask which is now against the law!!

Petco on Clarkson always does a great job grooming our two labs. Cost is very reasonable, and they do a great job trimming the dogs fur, giving them a bath, brushing their teeth and trimming their nails. I also like the fact that they now have the invoice complete before I take the dogs so that I can pay without the dogs.

Came in to check out some tropical community fish. They all were housed in tanks that seemed to be under observation so that was kind of a red flag for us to go. Tanks didn't seem to have been kept up with. Can't recommend buying fish here.
